After a passing storm, it turned into a beautiful night for golf — especially for the team of Ken Koprivec and Eric Vought.
They put together an even par score in the aggregate format on the back nine at Chippewa Golf Club on Monday, good for a two-shot victory.
But it didn’t look like a winning session at the start.
Kenny and Eric made par-bogey at the par-five 10th to begin their round. They rebounded with a double-birdied the short par-5 11th, only to follow that with a par-bogey at the long par-3 12th to get back to level par after three holes.
But the pair played tough from there, as it was all team pars coming in on the last six holes.
As usual, the aggregate format also doled out a few skins; the three won are detailed below.
