In the better ball format on the front nine of Chippewa Golf Club on Monday, some challenging hole locations made four-under par the number for Week 14.
Mark Thomas and Quinn Parker finished in a tie at the top with Ty Kovach and Allen Freeman at that 31 number.
But Kovach eagled the third hole (a 3 iron to 3 feet) to nab a skin, bumping Kovach/Freeman up the 2014 League Standings slightly, but still far, far behind leaders Mike Simpson and Jim Krivanek with only a couple weeks left in the season…
