John Kabasky and Nate Petry posted the 6-under par score that just ‘felt’ like it was required right from the start on Monday in the front-nine scramble format at Chippewa. With a sunny, calm and cool evening and the greens rounding into shape, 5-under par just didn’t seem like enough — and it wasn’t!
But the big winners on the evening were the team of Quinn Parker (fresh off his T1 at Twin Lakes) and John Clark, as they made eagle on the par-5 third hole.
Players are reminded to pay their league fees next Monday so that gift certificate amounts can be determined and the season-long money list can be compiled!
