Want to get a better handle on the Rules of Golf? Mike Raby (PGA of America Rules Committee), David Griffith (Tournament Director Northern Ohio PGA) and Randy Iceman (Tournament Rules Official Northern Ohio PGA) will be conducting a course covering the essential rules of golf and new rules for the 2012 season.
