PREVIEW: The first two rounds of this “public vs. private” event will be played this Saturday, September 25th at Rosemont Country Club, with the first round consisting of seven two-man matches of better ball, and the second round seven two-man matches of alternate shot. SATURDAY RESULTS: The Public Course team earned a 9-5 lead over the Private Club team after two rounds of team better ball and alternate shot matches Saturday in the 16th annual Shaw Cup charity golf tournament at Rosemont Country Club.

SUNDAY RESULTS: The public team cruised to a 17-11 victory after earning an 8 to 6 points win in Sunday’s 14 individual matches with the private-club team at Fairlawn Country Club.
