BRANDED CONTENT: ADVERTORIAL POSTS, LINKS
Every day, Northern Ohio Golf receives requests asking to accept a guest post with a link. Generally, we do NOT accept guest posts since most submitted articles do not meet our editorial requirements due to the narrow focus of our site. Instead, we offer the following TWO OPTIONS that provide the same end result:
#1) ADVERTORIAL POST WITH SOCIAL MEDIA + EMAIL NEWSLETTER PROMOTIONS: $500* per story
Reach 200,000+ Northern Ohio golfers through engaging editorial! A Branded Content Advertorial is a feature story posted to the top of the homepage on the date you pick. Under this option, we will post a fully-written story you provide, assuming that story is of highly professional quality and exactly matches the topic focus of our site, golf in Northern Ohio. Another option, for an additional $125* we write the story for you based on a detailed topic framework you provide.
In either case, we will lay out that story with the photos you provide, add your logo, and create 2-3 outbound “dofollow” links to your website homepage or specific products/pages. So long as the advertorial has a golf content focus, it will not be labeled as an advertisement. Once published, we promote/link to the story from our popular social media accounts and reference the story in our weekly email newsletter.

To ensure a natural editorial flow, we will add the link and anchor text as soon as it will fit into our content without forcing the reference. Usually, the timing for insertion is within 14 days after receipt of payment, sometimes longer in the winter months.
