Blake Ringfish and Andrew Strope shared the top spot at the Zoar Spring 2-M Scramble with the father/son duo of Bill and Evan Jenkins, as half the field finished with a score between 63 and 66. RESULTS >

- last call for this weekends tourneys: on Saturday, the Fox Den Spring 2-M Scramble and The Greatest Golfer Spring Singles at Youngstown CC; and on Sunday, just a few spots remain for the Fairways at Twin Lakes Spring 2-M Scramble;

- the second event of the NOGA Net Series season, the Net Four-Ball + MPQ at Elyria CC, opened last Thursday at 7 a.m. and was sold out by 7:46 a.m. Better set your alarm for the next registration opening, which is this Thursday for the Net Stroke Play + MPQ at Oberlin CC;

- Green's Maxwell Moldovan won his third college tournament of the season, taking the Buckeye's own Kepler Intercollegiate at Columbus Country Club;

- two of Northern Ohio's young stars, Gianna Clemente of Warren and Cara Heisterkamp of Westlake, performed well this past week at the USGA's Women's Amateur Four-Ball Championship in Puerto Rico;
