- Mary Suitca of Tannenhauf GC won the 2021 NOPGA Women's Professional Championship on Thursday at Lakewood Country Club;

- Lexie Toth from Atlanta, medalist Ann Miles of Dublin, and Canton's Denise Callahan earned their way through the 2021 U.S. Women’s Mid-Am Qualifying last Thursday at Portage CC;

- Ryan Stefanski beat out Steve Blackburn Jr. by two points in the Cleveland Metroparks' Seneca Stableford on Saturday in Broadview Heights;

- wet conditions led NOGA to postpone the Canton Brookside Scratch Series Stroke Play last Thursday, then cancel it completely over rescheduling issues;

- The final matches have been set for the five brackets of the Northern Ohio Golf Association's Match Play Championships -- see who plays who;

- with just one event to go, only three players still have a mathematical chance to win Cleveland Metroparks Golf Player of the Year honors, while the Senior POY has been locked up according to the latest update;
