Tweaking the traditional scramble format on the day after the always grueling Chippewa Championship, the Committee decided to move all of the tee boxes up for the Week 14 session, and it was bombs away on the front nine on Monday.
Justin Trzebuckowski and Allen Freeman swept the skins pot with a pair of drive-the-green eagles at the fifth and seventh holes, and the pair finished T1 with the father/son duo of Tom + Shaun Kloetzer at 8-under par 27.
Their skins pot sweep bumps Freeman and Trzebuckowski into second and third place on the 2021 Leaderboard, bumping Jimmy Wild down into fourth. Mike Simpson still leads by a comfortable $228. But four more events remain in the season, starting again on September 13th after this coming Labor Day Monday off…
