Fresh off Sunday’s Golfer of the Year victory, Shaun Kloetzer paired with season-long partner John Karamas to lap the field in the Aggregate Shamble format, shooting a combined 5-under par 67 on the back nine.
They won by three shots over David Trier and Allen Freeman, and also took two of the five skins awarded during the Week 13 session.
Given the skins pot split and lighter attendance, no big moves on the Leaderboard, with Mike Simpson still holding a commanding lead.
Next Monday’s event is the day after the Chippewa Championship, the traditional Week 14 scramble on the front side. But the format will offer a slight tweak to keep it fun: all players will compete from a shorter set of white tees, to see which team can go super low. Should be interesting…
